This role is based in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad and offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale application development initiatives using SharePoint Online, React JS, Power Platform, and Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will contribute across the application lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality solutions, and providing advanced production support while driving innovation and continuous improvement.\nWhat you will do\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications using React JS, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft technologies.\nBuild and maintain modern and classic SharePoint sites and custom solutions.\nDevelop scalable and secure applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, REST APIs, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core Web API.\nCreate and execute unit test cases and test scripts to ensure solution quality and reliability.\nDevelop workflows, automations, and reporting solutions using Power Automate and Power BI.\nAdminister SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, search, taxonomy, and governance-related activities.\nWork with SharePoint development frameworks and technologies, including PnP, JSOM, CSOM, PowerShell, and REST APIs.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical colleagues to define requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Level 3 production support.\nApply Agile methodologies and web optimisation techniques to improve solution performance and user experience.\nStay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n6-8 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 6 years in web application development.\nProven experience in React JS, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.\nStrong knowledge of SharePoint development technologies, including PnP, JSOM, CSOM, PowerShell, and REST APIs.\nExperience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core Web API, and unit testing frameworks.\nHands-on experience with Power Automate and Power BI.\nFamiliarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.\nExperience using development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.\nUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern web development best practices.\nRelevant certifications in web application technologies are advantageous.\nNot a Perfect Fit?\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
