You will play a key role in translating business needs into innovative and commercially viable solutions across voice, connectivity, cloud, security and mobile services.\nFrom initial customer engagement through solution design and handover to implementation, you will help shape end-to-end solutions that deliver real value to our business customers.\nIntroduction\nWe can also offer this role as a part-time position, depending on your availability and preference.\nIn this role, you will provide specialist technical support and solution consultancy, acting as an interface between customers, Sales and Delivery teams. You will support pre-sales activities across voice, data connectivity, security, cloud and mobile services, design end-to-end customer solutions, and ensure a smooth handover to implementation and post-sales teams.\nWhat will you do?\nProvide technical consultancy and solution design across voice, data connectivity, security, cloud and mobile services for new and existing business customers.\nAnalyse customer business and technical requirements and translate them into technically sound and commercially viable solutions.\nDesign complex end-to-end solutions using the relevant Vodafone portfolio, taking into account feasibility, dependencies, risks, security, supportability and customer experience.\nEstimate technical costs and prepare the technical inputs required for customer proposals, tenders and business cases.\nCreate solution documentation, including high-level designs, bills of materials, assumptions, service dependencies and implementation requirements.\nPresent recommended solution architectures and value propositions to customers and provide strong technical support to Sales teams, external partners and internal stakeholders.\nProvide expert consultancy throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery and requirements analysis through solution design and commercial support to implementation handover.\nCoordinate specialist inputs and work closely with portfolio, network, platform, security, delivery and operations teams.\nSupport solution validation and ensure a clear and effective handover to implementation and post-sales teams.\nBuild trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and portfolio expansion.\nContribute to operating models, procedures and processes required to support proposed solutions.\nPromote consistent solution-design standards, share best practices and help resolve complex technical and architectural issues.\nPerform other job-related duties resulting from the scope of the role or assigned responsibilities.\nWhat knowledge and skills do we expect?\nStrong knowledge of IT and telecommunications solutions for business and corporate customers\nStrong understanding of IP networking, fixed and mobile data connectivity, internet access, SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, legacy VoIP voice technologies\nKnowledge of local and international access providers, technology partners and their service capabilities\nGood understanding of telecommunications and ICT technologies, including fixed voice, fixed and mobile data, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, unified communications and managed services\nGood understanding of solution architecture, service integration and security principles, including dependencies between customer premises, access networks, core platforms and cloud environments\nExcellent communication, presentation and customer-facing consultancy skills\nAbility to coordinate complex opportunities and manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines\nAwareness of market and technology trends across connectivity, voice, cybersecurity, cloud and mobile services\nAbility to design, document and present technically sound and commercially viable solutions\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn customer requirements, technical data, costs and service options into actionable recommendations\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills\nUniversity degree in telecommunications, information technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience\nWhat do we offer?\nWe currently work in a roughly 3 days from home, 2 days in the office mode,\nHere, we address each other informally and aren’t really bothered about a dress code … It suits us all just fine, and we hope you’ll feel good among us too.\nAnnual bonus\nWe keep up with the times or even a step ahead, so with us you can enjoy 5 weeks of vacation, 5 personal days\nWe also think about parents, with 16 weeks vacations for new parents\nIf Vodafone, then full on - you will get a mobile phone and a great unlimited tariff, plus 24 000 benefit points per year which you can use in the cafeteria to buy vacations, educational courses or just to invite your dearest to the cinema.\nWe’re located on a metro line - right at the entrance actually - our headquarters are in Stodůlky.
