If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\nWhat you’ll do\nResponsible for assisting in the design, development, coordination, and execution of data privacycompliance practices that identify risks to the business and demonstrate compliance; also supporting thecreation and maintenance of security policies, standards and guidelines.\nManage the design, delivery and development of the Data Protection and Information Security Policy toensure it comprehensively meets current business needs and evolves to provide clear added value.\nDevelop the operational processes and controls, and assess their effectiveness in mitigating InformationSecurity and Data Protection risks faced by VFTR and VF Group Privacy\nLead the business with the creation and maintenance of data protection registers to monitor and trackdata sharing arrangements, data retention policies, breach notification, VERBIS registrations and effectiveasset management and disposal.\nFacilitate the remediation of identified vulnerabilities for IT security and IT risk.\nPerform regular data discovery exercises to ensure all personal identified data is identified and monitored.\nAct as the project manager/lead on IT security for projects providing subject matter expertise andtechnical knowledge in the areas of information security and data protection to VF Technology Security\nPrivacy Impact Assessments on new products and complete Data Protection Audits on business functionsand key risk areas.\nMember of VF Group Privacy, working with the Data Protection Officer, on any enquiries or incidentsrelated to PI data.\nLiaise with the technical teams and business teams to ensure PII data requirements are captured duringAgile development process.\nLiaise with 3rd parties that may store sensitive data on behalf of Lifetime, ensuring that the data is storedand monitored appropriately. Act as the part of the supplier due diligence team.\nProactively monitor changes to data protection legislation, communicating and managing changes as theyapply to the business\nCreate and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for allemployees, contractors and approved system users\nResponsible for Governance of Privacy Commitee meetings\nAssist Vodafone Turkey DPO in all related matters as desired\nAssist Vodafone Group Privacy team for certain projects in the local market\nAdvise and supporting the business to manage privacy risks on a day-to-day basis, including handling andreviewing privacy impact assessments, where necessary, data inventories/mapping and other documentsto evidence the organisation’s data privacy compliance;\nHorizon scanning for upcoming regulatory issues which could impact upon Vodafone’s operations andcraft appropriate technical strategy and direction;\nOperate privacy by design programme as desired;\nOperate artificial intelligence programme as desired;\nResponsible for supporting ongoing or potential data privacy audits;\nCollaborate with Cyber Security and other teams in investigating, documenting, and remediating potentialprivacy incidents that impact personal data;\nConduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential data privacy vulnerabilities;\nWho you are\nBachelor's degree required in Engineering (e.g.Electric & Electronic or Computing)\nMinimum 10 + years of relevant experience in information security, data privacy, data management orprogramme management, and process design\nProject / Programme Management skills - demonstrable track record successfully managing projects atthe highest technical and tactical levels, coordinating multi-discipline projects\nStrong knowledge and experience in data privacy regulations, privacy by design, professional securitymanagement certifications, data governance, security incident management\nExcellent analytical skills and understanding of processes, risks and controls\nExceptional risks and issues management, change control\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nHighly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management\nAbility to work with a global team.
