Enhancing the scalability and performance of existing database architecture.\nDeveloping database structures and features according to organizational needs.\nSupervising and mentoring opensource database teams.\nArchitect and enhance database platforms across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.\nDrive performance optimization, capacity planning, scalability assessments, and technology lifecycle management.\nDefine and govern database architectures running on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized environments.\nDevelop Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) strategies and automation frameworks.\nEstablish best practices for database security, encryption, access control, compliance, and governance.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and provide architectural recommendations aligned with business and technology objectives.\nAct as a technical leader, mentor, and trusted advisor for database engineering and operations teams.\nCollaborate closely with application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end data platform solutions.\nWho you are\nAt least 8 years database management experiences\nAt least 4 years experience in Opensource , Bigdata or DWH DB Management\nIn-depth knowledge of database technologies, architecture, and data security\nAdvanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nStrong stakeholder engagement skills\nStrong people leadership skills with a focus on developing operational capacity and taking accountability for service delivery and operational excellence.\nDemonstrate a strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers, subordinates, peers and top management.\nEffective people management skills\nClear and concise communication with customers and team\nAbility to collaboratively solve complex problems\nAbility to work under pressure\nAdvanced English\nNot a perfect fit?\nWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
