Functie-eisen
- Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van ICT.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met troubleshooting en incidentmanagement.
- Je hebt ervaring met complexe netwerk- en telecomomgevingen.
- Je kent relevante protocollen, zoals BGP, IPVPN, SIP, ISDN, TCP/IP, RTP, DSL en Ethernet.
- Je hebt kennis van routers, switches, firewalls, internetdiensten en vaste verbindingen.
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over certificeringen, zoals CCNA, CCNP en/of Fortinet.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, mondeling en schriftelijk.
