You will work across the full decision-making funnel: from building reliable data models and KPIs to designing experiments, uncovering insights, and driving meaningful change.\nIn this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business owners and other data scientists to turn complex data into clear recommendations and measurable impact.\nYou will:\nApply the right methods for each question, from simple business cases to advanced statistical models.\n\nLead data projects independently, from problem framing to insights, recommendations and follow-up.\n\nDevelop and maintain data models and KPIs that reflect Voi’s products, operations and business processes.\n\nDesign and analyse A/B tests and other approaches to measure the impact of decisions, product changes or market events.\n\nTranslate findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate actively with your team and contribute to healthy, inclusive and high-performing team dynamics.\n\nWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK\nWe are looking for a curious and collaborative data professional who enjoys solving business problems, communicating insights clearly and working close to decision-making. You combine strong technical skills with a good understanding of customers, products, and business needs.\nTo be successful in this role, we believe you have:\nA few years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar in an autonomous and agile environment.\n\nStrong SQL and data modelling skills.\n\nExperience with Python, statistical modelling and experimentation.\n\nExperience designing, analysing and communicating A/B tests or similar impact measurement methods.\n\nThe ability to explain insights, findings and recommendations in a clear way to different audiences.\n\nExperience owning and leading projects in the data space.\n\nA university degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering or Business, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nExperience with dbt and a semantic layer is a plus.\n\nDon’t meet every requirement?
