You may also support our In-Field team, using our vans to complete operational tasks across the Northampton area, helping ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible.\nHere are some exciting tasks awaiting you as a Fleet Specialist:\nDiagnosing and repairing broken vehicles\n\nPerforming quality checks and identifying damaged vehicles\n\nBattery replacement\n\nPerforming quick on-site repairs when needed\n\nRecycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired\n\nAssisting with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse\n\nSupporting in-field operations as needed, including collecting damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, and setting up fallen vehicles\n\nEnsuring smooth logistics for collecting and returning vehicles\n\nWhat you'll need to embark\nFull UK Driving License with a maximum of 6 points for minor offenses and no major offences and meet the requirements for our e-Van insurance. The reason for this is you may be required to drive one of our e-Van's occasionally\n\nIn-depth knowledge of your city and you’re used to driving in your city\n\nResponsible team player that can manage tasks alone and also work well together in a group\n\nAbility to motivate others and to share knowledge within the team\n\nPragmatic problem-solving mentality that executes tasks, finds solutions and works hard to reach the team targets and OKR’s\n\nReady to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions\n\nHas the ability to react calmly to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic…)\n\nYou have a physical condition that allows you to carry heavy loads\n\nPLEASE NOTE: You may be required to go through a DBS Check for this role.\n\nJob conditions\nNOTE: our Talent Acquisition is based in Spain; you will receive a phone call from a Spanish number (+ 34)!\n\nWorking shifts: 5 out of 7 (Fixed shift pattern)\n\nWorking hours: Early Shift (8:30-4:30 pm).
