You’ll work alongside supportive teammates, learn practical skills, and contribute to smoother, more sustainable urban mobility.\nYOUR MISSION AT VOI\nYou’ll help ensure our fleet is safe, well-maintained, and accessible. Your work will be split between in-field operations and warehouse activities.\nIn the field\nPerform battery swaps to keep vehicles available for riders\n\nReposition vehicles and maintain tidy, accessible parking areas\n\nIdentify damaged or non-functioning vehicles, carry out minor fixes where possible, and escalate when needed\n\nSupport safe and compliant vehicle deployment\n\nLocate and retrieve vehicles as instructed\n\nRepresent Voi in a positive and respectful way when interacting with the public\n\nSupport local engagement and awareness events when needed\nIn the warehouse\n\nClean and prepare vehicles to meet quality standards\n\nCarry out basic repairs and maintenance with guidance and training\n\nAssist with receiving, packing, and moving vehicles and batteries\n\nSupport recycling and simple disassembly processes\n\nMaintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace\n\nUse tools and equipment responsibly, following Health & Safety guidelines\n\nWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK\nWe’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
