As Product Partner Manager in our Core Experience team, you will play a key role in how Voi connects with external partners, platforms and cities.\nYou will join a cross-functional R&D team working closely with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders. In this role, you will own and develop Voi’s partner integrations and city data-sharing set-up, helping ensure our services are visible, reliable and easy to access across platforms such as Google Maps, FreeNow and for many of our +100 cities we operate in.\nIn this role, you will:\nAct as the primary contact and account manager for integration partners, building strong, collaborative relationships.\n\nUnderstand partner priorities, user needs, and city requirements to define and prioritize key opportunities.\n\nAssess city tender requirements to identify functional gaps and scalable technical solutions.\n\nCoordinate data-sharing initiatives with cities and partners using scalable, API-based integrations.\n\nManage day-to-day operations for key integrations to drive partner visibility, conversion, and performance.\n\nPartner with your product team to build future partner tools and resolve daily technical inquiries.\n\nCommunicate effectively across internal and external teams, translating complex technical topics into clear actions.\n\nWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK\nWe are looking for a curious, structured, and communicative person who enjoys working at the intersection of product, engineering, and external partnerships. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable discussing technical concepts, asking the right questions and turning complex needs into clear actions.\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you have:\nTechnical curiosity and a basic understanding of software products, APIs, and data analytics.\n\nExperience or interest in key account management, partner management or customer-facing ownership.\n\nExperience or strong interest in product operations, technical support or working closely with engineering and product teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nThe ability to understand partner or customer needs and translate them into clear internal requirements or product improvements.\n\nExposure to tenders, policy work, public-sector requirements, sales processes or product strategy is beneficial, but not required.\n\nDon’t meet every requirement?
