You’ll play an important role in Voi’s continued growth and success. Your responsibility is to build features that engage and empower our users and improve the app experience.\nThis will include:\nBuilding and designing scalable and reliable backend services that power our core rider experience and micromobility data sharing solutions.\n\nWorking closely with peers and product managers to define and deliver on the product roadmap.\n\nWorking with large-scale data processing and A/B testing to understand user behaviour and help define new product features.\n\nContributing to R&D wide discussions on architecture, tools, products and technologies, bringing ideas and a learning mindset.\n\nWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK\nWe use Golang, but there is no requirement for previous experience in that language. We believe that good engineers can switch and learn new languages and technologies. To have a great start with us at Voi, we believe you have:\nExperience building and designing scalable and reliable backend systems.\n\nGood communication skills and a collaborative mindset - you see teamwork as a key to success.\n\nA strong business sense with a clear focus on business value and user impact.\n\nExperience writing well-structured, testable, reliable, efficient and easily maintainable code.\n\nExperience working with cloud infrastructure (for example GCP, AWS or Azure).\n\nExperience in building or contributing to systems with microservices architecture.\n\nExperience of working in diverse and cross-functional teams towards a common goal.\n\nIt’s a plus (not a must) if you have experience with Machine Learning or ML-driven products.\n\nDon’t meet every requirement?
