It has been an amazing journey and we have no intention of stopping now!\nWe are now looking for a Shift Supervisor in Swansea!\nYOUR MISSION AT VOI\nAs Shift Supervisor, you’re the face of Voi on the warehouse floor in Swansea, working side by side with our 3PL partner’s team to keep the fleet moving. You’ll spend most of your time hands-on in the warehouse (70%), with the rest (30%) keeping the partnership running smoothly.\nYour responsibilities will be:\nWorking alongside our 3PL: Be the go-to person for the partner’s team on shift, sharing the plan for the day, answering questions and keeping everyone on the same page.\n\nGetting vehicles out the door: Help receive, pack and deploy new vehicles, and pitch in wherever the shift needs you.\n\nKeeping quality high: Spot damaged or misplaced vehicles, get them fixed or moved, restore fallen vehicles and keep parking spots tidy, leading by example on how we like things done.\n\nSharing know-how: Show the partner’s team Voi’s processes, tools and safety standards, and offer friendly tips and feedback along the way.\n\nStaying on top of the numbers: Keep an eye on how the shift is tracking against agreed targets, and check that hours and volumes match what’s reported.\n\nRaising your hand when something’s off: Flag issues early to Voi’s managers and the partner’s leads, and suggest ideas to make the way we work together better.\n\nPlanning together: Work with Voi managers and the partner to make sure each shift is well staffed and ready to go.\n\nWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK\nWe are looking for a pragmatic and responsible team-player who can fulfill tasks, solve problems independently, and work as a part of a team to find new solutions and reach set goals. In addition to being fluent in English, the right person needs:\n2+ years of previous work experience\n\nExperience managing a team of people\n\nMandatory requirement - Driving licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points and no major offences, to meet our e-van insurance requirements. Licence checks will be conducted during the recruitment process.
