Your mission is to build AI-ready data: the best data and context, so AI can get the most out of it.\nThis is a full-stack role. You will design event tracking plans with product teams, build and run the ingestion pipelines that land our data in Snowflake, and model it in dbt. Just as important, you will make that data AI-ready, with the metric definitions, documentation and semantic models that let AI tools and people alike get accurate, trustworthy answers.\nOur stack: We run a hybrid model: Amplitude for real-time product analytics, and Snowflake with dbt for slower, exact reporting. Data lands through Weld, Stitch and dltHub, orchestrated with Airflow.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAI-ready data: design the semantic layer and metadata (descriptions, metric definitions, business context) that let AI tools query our data accurately, and help move our reporting beyond Looker.\n\nData stewardship: own data quality tests, metric definitions and documentation, so both people and AI agents can find and trust the right data.\n\ndbt modelling: develop dbt models that turn raw data into reliable, documented datasets ready for final consumption.\n\nKeep real-time (Amplitude) and exact (Snowflake and dbt) reporting consistent, so the same metric means the same thing in both places.\n\nBuild, run and monitor ingestion pipelines with Weld, Stitch and dltHub, bringing product, payments, marketing and third-party data into Snowflake.\n\nOrchestrate pipelines in Airflow, with alerting and clear recovery paths.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nSolid experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering, with advanced SQL skills.\n\nHands-on experience with dbt and a cloud data warehouse, ideally Snowflake.\n\nExperience designing event tracking plans with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or Segment.\n\nExperience with ELT and data integration tools such as Weld, Stitch, dltHub or Fivetran.\n\nExperience orchestrating workflows with Airflow or a similar tool.\n\nSolid knowledge of data modelling (dimensional modelling, incremental models, slowly changing dimensions).\n\nComfort working directly with engineers, product managers and analysts, and translating their needs into data products.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience making data AI-ready: semantic layers (dbt Semantic Layer, Cube), rich metadata, or connecting LLMs to a warehouse (for example via MCP or text-to-SQL).\n\nPython for building and maintaining pipelines.\n\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nExperience with BI tools beyond Looker, or with running a BI migration.\n\nExperience with data quality and observability tooling.\n\nA true passion for Voicemod's mission, products, and the company's technology and content nature.\n\nA never-ending desire to grow and learn.\n\nHiring Process\n1⃣ Talent Acquisition call: get to know Voicemod and share your experience (45 min).\n\n2⃣ Technical interview - A conversation with a member of our team where we explore your technical skills through real situations and questions related to the role (up to 90 min).\n\n3⃣ Final Interview - A conversation about collaboration and ways of working with the Director of Data (up to 60 min).\n\nImportant for Applicants\nEnglish: We work in English, and most of the interview process is in English too.
