You’llcollaborate closely with engineers, technical designers, QA, and production to ensure our CI/CD systems, source control, developmentand production environments, and deployment pipelines are robust, scalable, and efficient.\nThis role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced game development environments and is passionate about automation, optimisation, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nStandardiseand automate artefact generation across multiple platforms\nDevelop, manage, and continuously improve end-to-end release processes\nOptimisesource control workflows and CI/CD pipelines\nManage and assistin microservice development and deployment life cycles\nMaintain and improve build systems and infrastructure reliability\nImplement and manage configuration management solutions\nApply and enforce basic security best practices across pipelines and infrastructure\nDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve pipeline and infrastructure issues efficiently\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and production teams\nDocument processes and contribute to operational best practices\nEssential Requirements\nMinimum3+ years experiencein a DevOps, Build Engineer, or similar role\nProven experience building and maintainingCI/CD pipelines\nStrong understanding of source control systems and workflow optimisation\nExperience administering Perforce\nExperience with configuration management solutions\nExperience managing microservices and deployment pipelines\nKnowledge of basic security principles (access control, secrets management, pipeline security)\nStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills\nClear and effective communication skills\nAbility to work autonomously in a remote-first environment\nNice to Have (Bonus Skills)\nExperience optimisingUnreal Engine build times\nKnowledge of multiple programming languages such as C++ and Python\nExperience working in a game development environment\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\nExperience with containerizationand orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)\nInfrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)\nExperience supporting multi-platform releases (PC, console)\nPlease Note:\nFor Irish residents, this role is offered as a full-time employee position.
