You’re curious about how people work, comfortable working through complex problems, and care about creating products that are intuitive, accessible, and well crafted.\n\nYou’ll join our product design team, working closely with our Lead Product Designer, product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape enterprise software used by organizations around the world. From exploring user needs and defining workflows to prototyping solutions and refining the final experience, you’ll contribute throughout the product development process.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nDesign end-to-end product experiences, turning complex requirements into clear user journeys, intuitive workflows, and polished interfaces.\n\nWork with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.\n\nExplore and communicate solutions through user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed designs.\n\nUse research, usability testing, and feedback to validate ideas and improve existing experiences.\n\nContribute to our design system by creating and refining reusable components, patterns, and guidelines.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineers throughout implementation, clarifying interactions and reviewing the built experience.\n\nConsider accessibility, responsive behavior, and edge cases as part of your everyday design work.\n\nParticipate in design reviews, explain your decisions, and give and receive constructive feedback.\n\nHelp the team balance longer-term product improvements with practical, incremental delivery.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\n5+ years of professional experience designing digital products as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.\n\nA portfolio that shows your approach to solving product problems, the reasoning behind your decisions, and the resulting experiences.\n\nStrong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.\n\nStrong interface design skills, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and consistency.\n\nProficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.\n\nExperience developing, maintaining, or working with design systems, including managing and applying reusable components, patterns, and guidelines.\n\nFamiliarity with user research and usability testing, and the ability to translate findings into design improvements.\n\nExperience collaborating with product managers and engineers from early exploration through delivery.\n\nExperience using Jira and Confluence to track work, document design decisions, and collaborate across teams.\n\nClear communication skills and the ability to discuss design decisions with technical and non-technical colleagues.\n\nThe ability to take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with the wider team\n\nExperience with enterprise software, B2B products, or complex, information-rich workflows would be a plus.\n\nHow you approach design\n\nYou ask questions before jumping into solutions. You think beyond individual screens and consider how an experience works as a whole. You’re comfortable exploring alternatives, sharing work in progress, and adapting your approach as you learn.\n\nYou care about the details while keeping the user’s task in focus.
