optimize application performance for scale.\n\n- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and asynchronous workflows.\n\n- Translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Ensure application reliability, performance, and security through industry best practices.\n\n- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.\n\n- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.\n\n- Drive engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural discussions.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and mentor fellow engineers to maintain high development standards.\n\n- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nPreferred candidate profile : \n\n- Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS.\n\n- Extensive experience with TypeORM.\n\n- Strong knowledge of MySQL, including database design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.\n\n- Experience working with NoSQL (MongoDB, etc).\n\n- Strong understanding of System Design principles and distributed systems.\n\n- Hands-on experience designing and building Microservices Architectures.\n\n- Experience building and operating scalable, high-performance applications.\n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, SES, SQS, RDS).\n\n- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (ELK Stack, Grafana).\n\n- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.\n\n- Strong understanding and practical implementation of SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.\n\n- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.\n\n- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.\n\n- Ability to independently drive projects and take ownership of backend systems.\n\n- Experience operating and maintaining production systems (performance optimization, observability, troubleshooting, reliability engineering, incident resolution).\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience with Redis and caching strategies.\n\n- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Advanced SQS).\n\n- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).\n\n- Exposure to Kubernetes and
