You will work closely with software engineers to ensure our .NET-based SaaS applications and services remain reliable, secure, performant, and scalable.\nA key focus of this role is proactive monitoring, observability, and production support, identifying issues early, improving visibility into application health, and helping prevent incidents before they impact customers.\nYou will take ownership of day-to-day DevOps activities, deliver infrastructure and automation improvements, and collaborate with senior engineers on more complex technical challenges.\n Job Description:\nKey Tasks & Responsibilities\nSupport, maintain, and improve Microsoft Azure infrastructure across development, test, and production environments. \nBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML-based Azure Pipelines. \nSupport the deployment, configuration, and operation of .NET and ASP.NET Core applications, APIs, and microservices. \nImplement and maintain proactive application and infrastructure monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. \nDevelop dashboards, alerts, and health checks to monitor application availability, performance, failures, dependencies, and infrastructure health. \nAnalyze application telemetry, logs, and performance metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and prevent recurring incidents. \nInvestigate and resolve production incidents, deployment failures, and infrastructure issues, contributing to root cause analysis and preventative improvements. \nProvision and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices. \nSupport Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, and networking. \nMaintain secure cloud environments using Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, RBAC, and Azure security best practices. \nCollaborate with software engineers to improve deployment reliability, observability, application performance, and release processes. \nMaintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvements in operational reliability and engineering practices. \nSupport, monitor, and troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL databases, caching solutions, and data services, ensuring availability, performance, reliability, and efficient operation. \nSkills and Minimum Experience Required\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. \nHands-on experience in DevOps, Azure Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar role. \nPractical experience managing and supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services. \nGood understanding of .NET and ASP.NET Core application deployment, configuration, and hosting. \nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines. \nExperience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. \nProficiency in PowerShell or Azure PowerShell for scripting and automation. \nStrong experience with application and infrastructure monitoring, including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and alerting. \nAbility to investigate application failures, performance degradation, and production incidents using logs, metrics, and telemetry. \nExperience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Key Vault. \nUnderstanding of Azure networking, security, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and Managed Identities. \nFamiliarity with Git, REST APIs, microservices, and modern software development workflows. \nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with development and engineering teams. \nPreferred Skills and Experience\nExperience with distributed tracing, performance monitoring, and application health checks. \nFamiliarity with Azure Service Bus, API Management, Redis, and event-driven architectures. \nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). \nKnowledge of Azure networking, private endpoints, DNS, and Application Gateway. \nExperience with incident management, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements. \nFamiliarity with GitHub Actions, Bicep, or other infrastructure automation tools. \nExperience working with SaaS applications and distributed .NET systems. \nExperience working within Agile teams using Jira and Confluence. \nSalary range is $110 - 115k\nWork Location: Hybrid - Atlanta\nClick is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fostering an inclusive and harassment-free workplace.
