leadmultiple concurrent, multidisciplinaryengineering projects\nthat spansoftware, hardware, mechanical design, systems engineering, and verification and validation.\nThe role requires coordinating interdependent technical workstreams across the full product development lifecycle, aligning cross-functional teams, managing interfaces and dependencies, and driving projects to successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintaincomprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for multiple simultaneous engineering projects.\nMonitorand track project progress on a regular basis, proactively identifyingrisks, blockers, and deviations from plan.\nFacilitatecross-team communication and coordination to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, status, and decisions.\nManage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reporting to engineering and business leadership.\nCoordinate the purchasing of project materials, equipment, and services in collaboration with Finance, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, purchase-order requirements, vendor processes, and project cost tracking.\nSupport NetSuite integration with project management workflows and oversee timesheet administration to ensure accuratelabourallocation, project costing, invoicing inputs, and management reporting.\n\nLead project status meetings, prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.\nEscalate issues in a timely mannerand work with engineering leads and leadership stakeholdersto develop and implement mitigation strategies.\nMaintain accurateand up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and change logs.\nDefiningand enforcingproject managementbest practices, processes, and tools across all managed workstreams.\nDrive accountability among team members to meet commitments and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.\nQualification Requirement:\n3-5years of project management experience, with a strong track recordof delivering complex technical or engineering projects on time and within budget.\nHands-on experience supporting complex physical product development programs that integratesoftware, hardware, mechanical design, systems engineering, and verification and validationworkstreams, ideally within aerospace, automotive, or other regulated engineering environments.\nCanadian Security Clearance is required.\nDemonstratedexperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiencywith project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches), along with a practical understanding of the systems engineering V-model, including requirements traceability and the alignment of design and integration activities with verification and validation.\nStrong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and tracking costs.\nExceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to build strong working relationships with technical teams and senior leadership.\nProficiencywith project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar), including experience with NetSuite integration and timesheet management for resource tracking, project costing, and reporting.\nPMP certification or equivalent preferred\nPreferred Qualification:\nBackground in software, hardware, mechanical design, systems engineering, or a relatedtechnical discipline.\nExperience working in a technology-driven organization or startup environment.\nFamiliarity with engineering workflows, software development lifecycles, and technical project constraints.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nHours of Work, Work Environment and Potential Travel\nThe position is an onsite role, and the Employee is required toperform their duties primarily at the Company’s designated workplace, as directed by the Company.\nThe standard work schedule consists of forty (40) hours per week, typically performed Monday to Friday, subject to operational
