Knowledge of UAV applications is advantageous but not essential.\nThe successful candidate will help learners understand infrared principles, thermal camera operation, data interpretation and training.\nCreate engaging practical exercises and case studies.\nTeach thermal imaging theory and applications.\nTrain learners in data acquisition and interpretation.\nAssess learner competency and provide constructive feedback\nMaintain training records and quality standards.\nSupport development of new thermal imaging courses and associated course material.\nProvide consultancy and technical support where required.\nAssist in developing/documenting thermal inspection standards and best practice guidance.\nAssist with demonstrations, exhibitions and client engagement activities.\nWork with our Media & Content Assistant to support video production and e-learning programmes.\nSupport our Service Division as required by the business under the direction of the Director of Training & Remote Sensing.\nEssential Requirements\nProven thermal imaging and inspection experience.\nStrong understanding of infrared theory.\nExperience delivering technical training.\nStrong presentation and communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical concepts clearly.\nAbility to work with learners from varying backgrounds and experience levels.\nFull UK driving licence.\nWillingness to:regularly travel throughout the UK to deliver various training courses.\nsupport overseas training programmes both in person and virtual.\n\nDesirable Requirements\nLevel 1, Level 2 or Level 3 Thermography certification.\nUAV thermal inspection experience.\nBuilding inspection experience.\nElectrical or engineering background.\nExperience preparing reports and consultancy outputs\nTeaching and/or
