The successful candidate will develop learners' operational, safety and technical competencies whilst ensuring compliance with current aviation regulations and our RAE (Recognised Assessment Entity) approval from UK CAA (Civil Aviation Authority).\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver UAV training courses both in classrooms and live operational environments.\nProvide practical flight instruction for multirotor and fixed-wing platforms.\nTeach aviation safety, airspace awareness, mission planning and risk management.\nDeliver sector-specific applications including but not limited to:Inspection and surveying\nInfrastructure monitoring\nConstruction and engineering\nUtilities\nEnvironmental monitoring\nAgriculture\nEmergency response\nAcademia\n\nSupport development of and produce new training materials and course content.\nAssess learner competency and provide constructive feedback.\nMaintain training records and quality standards.\nAssist with demonstrations, exhibitions and client engagement activities.\nWork with our Media & Content Assistant to support video production and e-learning programmes.\nSupport our Service Division as required by the business under the direction of the Director of Training & Remote Sensing.\nStay current with aviation legislation, drone technologies and emerging industry trends.\nEssential Requirements\nGVC, A2 CofC, CAA Operational Authorisation or equivalent qualifications\nProven commercial UAV operational experience.\nStrong flying skills and operational decision-making.\nExperience delivering training, coaching or mentoring.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\nAbility to work with learners from varying backgrounds and experience levels.\nFull UK driving licence.\nWillingness to:regularly travel throughout the UK to deliver various training courses.\nsupport overseas training programmes both in person and vitual.\n\nDesirable Requirements\nTeaching and/or assessor qualifications.\nExperience
