Full-time, official contract, remote work, and flexible schedule (covering US business hours till 2pm, CST).\n\nBrief project description:\n\nThe product is an AI-driven communications platform that enables businesses to automate and enhance customer interactions through voice, messaging, and intelligent workflows powered by modern LLM technologies.\nResponsibilities:\n\nBuild and maintain data workflows using PostgreSQL and AWS.\n\nAutomate processes with Lambda, EventBridge, and APIs.\n\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data integrations.\n\nTroubleshoot data issues and ensure data quality and reliability..\nRequired skills (must have):\n\nStrong PostgreSQL/SQL skills: 5+ years.\n\nHands-on AWS experience, especially Lambda and EventBridge.\n\nHandling Webhooks ~> API Gateway ~> Lambda\n\nEvent/Service Bus ~> Lambda ~> Outgoing API\n\nTerraform\n\nExperience with REST APIs and reporting/BI tools.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\n3+ years in data engineering, analytics, or a related technical role.\n\nExcellent English and ability to work independently.\nWould be considered as a plus:\n\nPython or Node.js/TypeScript.\n\nExperience with additional AWS services.\n\nExperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.\n\nExperience with ETL/ELT, dbt, or Infrastructure-as-Code.\nWork conditions:\n\n100% remote work.\n\nFull-time (40 hours per week).\n\nOfficial contract.\n\nFlexible schedule with required overlap with US business hours (till 2pm, CST).\nInterviewing / Hiring process:\n\nStep 1 -
