In this influential role, you will translate business and IT strategy into a coherent, secure and sustainable technology direction, enabling innovation, reducing complexity and guiding enterprise-wide transformation. - This position is based in the IT Infrastructure & Services Department - IT (Kariega)\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap, aligned with business and IT priorities.\nGuide portfolio priorities, architecture enablers and dependencies to optimise value, cost and risk.\nMaintain architecture principles, standards, methods and reference models.\nReview solution designs, risks and exceptions for enterprise, security and Group alignment.\nCoordinate business, data, application and technology landscapes to improve integration and reduce duplication.\nSet technology direction by assessing trends, vendor roadmaps, lifecycle risks and technical debt.\nLink business capabilities and value streams to technology initiatives and measurable outcomes.\nBuild architecture capability through coaching, reusable artefacts, shared tools, peer reviews and knowledge sharing\nREQUIREMENTS\nMinimum Qualifications:\nNational Diploma or degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or Information Systems\nTOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification preferred.\nGovernance, portfolio management, project delivery or Lean-Agile certification/knowledge advantageous\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years' experience in IT or Enterprise Architecture.\nExperience leading major technology implementation or transformation initiatives.\nProven experience in architecture strategy, governance, standards, roadmaps and cross-domain architecture.\nSound knowledge of business processes, IT governance, risk management and technology lifecycles.\nExperience engaging senior stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and external partners.\nTechnical & Behavioral Competencies:\nStrategic and analytical thinking.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.\nEnterprise architecture methods, modelling and governance expertise.\nBroad technology, security, DevOps and lifecycle management knowledge.\nSound risk management, decision-making, coaching and collaboration capability.\nNOTE:\nPlease ensure that you upload:\nUpdated CV\nCertified copies of qualifications\nCertified copy of ID document\nImportant: Applications without all required documents and late applications will not be considered.\nIf you are a dynamic and proactive professional eager to contribute to Volkswagen Group Africa’s ongoing success, we encourage you to apply.\nReady to grow with us?
