The project manager will be required to manage multiple concurrent streams at the same time with significant scale and business impact.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\n4-6 years’ experience in project management, digital transformation, process improvement, finance operations or system integration.\nStrong project governance skills - planning, risk control, stakeholder alignment, and value tracking.\nProven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven projects.\nSolid understanding of workflow automation tools.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business strategy into structured delivery roadmaps with measurable outcomes.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills - can bridge business needs with technical execution.\nPMP / Agile certification preferred. Familiarity or Knowledge of AI or GenAI is a plus. Experience in gaming or creative industry a plus.\n Oversee end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and workflow automation initiatives - from business case definition to post-deployment evaluation.\nCollaborate closely with the AI Business Analyst and AI Engineer to translate business goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and success metrics.\nDevelop detailed project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation plans, and risk registers. Maintain alignment with the Digital Transformation roadmap and ensure transparency across stakeholders.\nServe as the bridge between technical teams (AI Engineers, BI Developers) and functional leads (Sales, HR, Finance, IT).
