Join us to Play, Grow and Win - together.\nABOUT THE POSITION\nWe’re seeking a senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead a diverse team to design, implement, and optimize production-grade tools and applications that support video game asset pipelines and production workflows.\n Backend\nDesign and build scalable backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask).\nModel, query, and optimize data across relational and NoSQL databases; implement caching and messaging when needed.\nEnforce authentication/authorization, input validation, and robust error handling.\nFrontend (web and desktop)\nDevelop responsive, accessible, and performant web UIs using modern frameworks, HTML5, CSS(Tailwind), and TypeScript/JavaScript.\nBuild and maintain Electron-based desktop applications, including IPC, packaging, auto-update, and native integrations.\nEstablish UI component standards, testing strategies, and performance best practices.\nQuality, performance, and delivery\nWrite comprehensive tests with tools such as pytest.\nOwn performance tuning, troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical documentation.\nSet up and maintain CI/CD with Git and GitLab; use Docker for local development and deployment pipelines.\nCollaboration and process\nPartner with UI/UX, backend, production, SRE, and IT stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.\nContribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers.\nWork within agile methodologies, continuously improving team practices.\n 4+ years of professional experience building production applications as a full-stack engineer.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Python (FastAPI or Flask), RESTful API design, and SQLAlchemy/Pydantic or similar tooling.\nProficiency in Vue or React, including routing, state management (Vuex/Pinia or Redux), and component libraries.\nProven experience working on public cloud like AWS/GCP\nDatabase proficiency with relational systems (PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Vector DB);
