Participating in trainings, reviews, and evaluations. \nWorking with producers and other stakeholders to define testing plans and processes (both for embedded Dev QA and external General QA). \nWorking hands-on with QA teams to ensure quality of deliverables and thoroughness of testing coverage. \nProactively contributing to development and deployment of QA tools. \nEnsuring excellent communication, positive working relationships and teamwork within the development & QA team and across disciplines. \nKeeping abreast of current trends in the marketplace especially regarding best practices, tools and processes. \n Qualifications :\nAt least 5+ years of experience in a QA Leadership role in the game industry. \nAt least 9+ years quality assurance experience \nProven track record of shipped (preferable AAA) games on multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile) in a leadership role \nProject and people management skills. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills. \nExcellent knowledge of testing methodology as well as required software (JIRA / TTP, Excel, PowerPoint...). \nExcellent knowledge of QA tools covering different areas of the development pipeline, their design & functionality. \nBeing fluent in English is mandatory for communicating: English written and spoken. \nWorking knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices. \nWork well / respond to pressure. \nThink critically and apply analytical skills in resolving complex issues. \nQuickly master proprietary tools and development processes. \nStrong videogames
