do\nDesign, build and own backend services and APIs for client-facing products in fintech, banking, education and other industries\n\nDesign system architecture for new products and features, choosing service boundaries, data ownership, communication patterns and deployment approach\n\nEvaluate architectural trade-offs (monolith vs. microservices, build vs. buy, etc)\n\nWrite clean, testable, secure code, and keep quality and architectural consistency high through design and code reviews\n\nFind and fix performance bottlenecks across the API, database and infrastructure layers\n\nDefine and track performance targets (latency, throughput, resource usage)\n\nLead the modernization of legacy systems, including refactoring, gradual migration and breaking up monoliths where it makes sense\n\nContribute to technical estimates and solution designs for new projects and client proposals\n\nWork closely with product, frontend, QA and DevOps across the full delivery lifecycle\n\nMentor mid-level and junior engineers and help shape engineering standards\n\nWhat you need to have\n5+ years of backend development with C# and .NET\n\nStrong OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns\n\nExperience designing RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core, including API contracts and versioning\n\nSolid async programming and concurrency in .NET\n\nExperience optimizing database performance: reading execution plans, choosing between EF Core and raw SQL/Dapper where it matters\n\nExperience with authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT)\n\nArchitecture and distributed systems\nStrong SQL skills (schema design, indexing, query optimization), plus Entity Framework Core and LINQ\n\nStrong grasp of architectural patterns: Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, Event Sourcing\n\nExperience with distributed system patterns: Saga, idempotency, retries with backoff, API Gateway, CAP trade-offs\n\nPractical experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka or Azure Service Bus)\n\nExperience with caching strategies and distributed caching (Redis)\n\nExperience designing for scale, using techniques such as horizontal scaling, connection pooling, pagination, batching and background processing\n\nNice to have\nCloud experience (Azure or AWS),\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools in daily work\n\nFrontend
