Position Description VOLO is looking for experienced and goal-oriented Senior .NET Developer to join our enterprise-focused team, contributing to complex projects for international clients. What you will do Design, build and own backend services and APIs for client-facing products in fintech, banking, education and other industries Design system architecture for new products and features, choosing service boundaries, data ownership, communication patterns and deployment approach Evaluate architectural trade-offs (monolith vs. microservices, build vs. buy, etc) Write clean, testable, secure code, and keep quality and architectural consistency high through design and code reviews Find and fix performance bottlenecks across the API, database and infrastructure layers Define and track performance targets (latency, throughput, resource usage) Lead the modernization of legacy systems, including refactoring, gradual migration and breaking up monoliths where it makes sense Contribute to technical estimates and solution designs for new projects and client proposals Work closely with product, frontend, QA and DevOps across the full delivery lifecycle Mentor mid-level and junior engi
