business processes and developing optimization strategies.\n\n- Performing requirements analysis.\n\n- Documenting and communicating business requirement analysis.\n\n- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross functional team members and management.\n\n- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.\n\n- Working closely with clients, tech team, and managerial staff.\n\n- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.\n\n- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.\n\n- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.\n\n- Getting the user acceptance testing done from clients.\n\n- Performing user acceptance testing for internal standard products.\n\n- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.\n\n- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.\n\n- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.\n\n- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.\n\n- Managing competing resources and priorities.\n\n- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.\n\n- Creating project /
