Our firm is comprised of award-winning predictive modelers, experienced data analysts, advanced technologists, and a group of dynamic business professionals.\nThe Network Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our enterprise network across datacenter, corporate offices, and cloud environments:\nSummary of Job Functions\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless\nSupport routing and switching across the datacenter and office networks\nDesign and manage networking within our cloud environments (VPCs, routing, connectivity, ACLs)\nBuild and maintain site-to-site VPN tunnels to vendors and partners\nAssist with firewall administration, security policy, and secure remote access\nMonitor network health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools, and respond to alerts, incidents, and outages\nManage network configuration backups, compliance, and IP address management\nSupport connectivity to cloud and third-party/partner circuits\nContribute to network design, implementation, and migration projects\nParticipate in scheduled maintenance windows, change management, and an on-call rotation\nMaintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and runbooks\nCollaborate with systems, security, and infrastructure teams on cross-functional initiatives\nMinimum Requirements\n4+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in an enterprise environment\nStrong working knowledge of Cisco routing and switching (IOS/IOS-XE and NX-OS)\nSolid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and Layer 2/3 fundamentals\nExperience with enterprise firewalls and network security concepts\nExperience with enterprise wireless\nHands-on experience designing and managing Cloud networking (VPCs, routing, hybrid connectivity)\nExperience configuring and troubleshooting site-to-site VPNs\nExperience with network monitoring and management tools (SNMP, NetFlow, config/compliance management, and alerting/monitoring platforms)\nStrong CLI, troubleshooting, and packet-analysis skills\nClear documentation habits and disciplined change management\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nPreferred Skills and Previous Experience\nExperience with SD-WAN design and operations\nExperience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama\nExperience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) or similar SSE/SASE platforms\nExperience with Meraki Wireless Access Points and wireless networks\nExposure to modern datacenter fabrics (spine-leaf, high-speed Ethernet)\nCloud connectivity experience (AWS Direct Connect or equivalent)\nFinancial services or other low-latency, high-availability environment experience\nNetwork automation / scripting (Python)\nRelevant certifications (CCNP, PCNSE, AWS Advanced Networking, or equivalent)\nCompensation and Benefits\nHighly competitive base salary\nProfit sharing bonus\nHealth, dental, vision, life, disability insurance\n401k\nVoloridge Investment Management is an SEC registered investment advisor and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
