These buses, which contribute to the city's traffic with empty seats, could also be the solution to its problem. Volt Lines is the only shuttle service provider that has both software as well as a transport service. This allows for optimal harmonization of the software and operation resulting in the creation of great experiences and services. Notable examples of these innovative services include DRT and Marketplace. DRT (short for Demand-Responsive Transport) was covered by a Harvard Business School case study that is being taught at the MBA school. You will own the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing, acting as the ultimate brand ambassador for our startup. If you love the thrill of the hunt, building high-performing teams, and creating an unforgettable candidate experience, this is the role for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nEnd-to-End Recruitment: Own the full hiring cycle-from writing catchy job descriptions and active sourcing to conducting interviews and making the final offer.\n Talent Sourcing: Proactively hunt for top-tier talent using LinkedIn, creative sourcing strategies, and networking (we don't just wait for applications!).\nPartner with Leaders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define role requirements, and guide them through the hiring process as a strategic advisor.\nCandidate Experience: Ensure every candidate, whether they get the job or not, has a smooth, transparent, and positive experience with us.\nData & ATS Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System clean, track hiring metrics, and use data to speed up our time-to-hire.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience: 6-7 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company, agency, or startup environment. \nThe Sourcing Ninja: You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other creative ways to find passive talent.\nCommunication: Exceptional English and Turkish skills.
