military training and experience testing, and troubleshooting of large military platforms to be considered in lieu of technical diploma.\n1-2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment that involves assembling products with any combination of electronics, robotics, or mechanical components\nPhysical Requirement: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work while standing for extended periods and be comfortable bending, leaning, reaching, and working in and around machinery as part of daily job duties.\nExperience debugging and repairing electrical components using multimeters.\nMust use and understand the application of hand tools, torque wrenches, and related assembly tools.\nExperience reading, following, and applying manufacturing work instructions required.\nExperience with more advanced manufacturing/ debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, metrology tools, etc preferred but not required.\nExperience with interpreting and reading engineering drawings to ASME standards preferred but not required.\nMust be a self-starter who looks for ways to improve the job and related processes and shows initiative in execution.\nAbility to Self-manage
