This position requires prior experience in oilfield equipment in an Electrical Assembler role and a strong skill set in electrical systems.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nFollow instructions and perform work to install electrical components accurately and efficiently. \nPrepare documentation, administer physical inspections, and complete sign-off books to ensure proper documentation of work performed. \nConduct final system checks to verify proper installation, functionality, and compliance with standards and specifications. \nAdapt to new situations and systems on the production line or in the service shop, including older units, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills. \nEffectively test, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems, products, assemblies, and/or components, meeting quality and safety standards. \nCommunicate potential quality and/or compliance deviations effectively to appropriate stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. \nUtilize test equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues. \nAbility to diagnose and repair electrical systems and controls, even in the absence of schematics, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise. \nPossess a thorough understanding of electrical voltage reading, including AC/DC, 4-20mA, PWM, resistance, and other relevant measurements. \nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate manual dexterity necessary for performing tasks effectively.\nEducation & Experience\nPrior experience in an E-Tech role on oilfield equipment preferred.\nTechnical certification or relevant vocational training in electrical systems.\nSpecific Skills\nProficiency in using test equipment and troubleshooting electrical issues.\nStrong understanding of electrical principles and voltage readings.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.\nFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.\nStand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to twelve (12) hours.\nBend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, and reach overhead.\nClimb ladders, stairs, platforms, trailers, and production equipment.\nLift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to fifty (50) pounds independently.\nLift, carry, push, and pull heavier materials with assistance or mechanical lifting devices.\nUse hands, fingers, arms, and shoulders for repetitive gripping, grasping, pulling, pushing, and manipulation of tools and equipment.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental and Vision Coverage, including FSA/HAS\nCompany - Paid Life Insurance and Long - Term Disability\n401K\nEmployee Referral Program\nPaid Holidays and PTO\nTraining\nOpportunities for Growth\nAnd more!\n10+ years as the North American leader in oilfield equipment innovation and manufacturing, with 3 facilities across the U.S. and Canada, is not only a testament to our customers, but a commitment to the team of people who work here every day.
