The goal of this position is to develop and deliver new, quality products to the market with speed and to optimize the cost-effectiveness, quality, and market relevance of existing products.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nIdentifies and ensures the adoption, documentation and consistent employment of industry-leading engineering practices for new product development, product optimization and product life-cycle support. \nCompiles and maintains documentation of engineering standards and best practices. \nDevelops and monitors metrics to identify the performance of the group and its processes, and employs corrective actions as required. \nAssesses risk and implements appropriate risk mitigation and verification strategies for all product development activities.
