This position requires strong leadership abilities, hands-on construction experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nCoordinate and lead small teams performing warehouse infrastructure and facility improvement projects.\nPlan, organize, and execute projects according to established timelines, budgets, and operational requirements.\nMonitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.\nCommunicate project updates, timelines, and potential challenges to warehouse leadership and relevant stakeholders.\nAssign tasks, provide direction, and promote accountability and teamwork among team members.\nCoordinate multiple projects and priorities while minimizing disruptions to warehouse operations.\nMaintain accurate records of project activities, costs, materials, and progress.\nCoordinate and perform warehouse racking assembly and installation.\nAssemble and install office furniture, fixtures, and related equipment.\nPerform painting, general facility maintenance, and workspace improvement projects.\nSupport light construction, workspace modifications, and facility enhancements.\nCoordinate equipment moves, warehouse reconfigurations, and storage layout improvements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, storage capacity, and workspace efficiency.\nInterpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, schematics, and installation instructions to complete projects accurately. \nIdentify project requirements and coordinate the materials, tools, equipment, and resources needed for completion.\nAssess project challenges and develop practical solutions to unforeseen issues.\nSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment required for project execution.\nPerform quality inspections to ensure completed work meets company standards and project specifications.\nTroubleshoot construction, assembly, and facility-related issues to minimize delays and rework.\nMaintain organized work areas and ensure tools and materials are properly stored after project completion.\nFollow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and established operating procedures.\nEnsure team members follow safe work practices when performing construction, installation, and facility improvement activities.\nSafely perform tasks requiring lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.\nPerform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and kneeling for extended periods.\nWork in warehouse, shop, and outdoor environments as required.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and facility needs.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience leading crews or small teams in construction, facilities maintenance, warehouse infrastructure, or related trades.\nDemonstrated experience with racking systems, furniture assembly, painting, carpentry, or light construction projects.\nExperience coordinating projects, resources, and timelines preferred.\nPrevious experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.\nForklift certification or ability to obtain certification.\nOSHA safety training certification preferred.\nExperience using project planning or project management software preferred.\nSpecific Skills\nStrong leadership and team coordination skills.\nEffective project planning, organization, and time management.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, layouts, and installation instructions.\nProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.\nAbility to troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions independently.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to coordinate materials, tools, and resources efficiently.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nDemonstrate teamwork, initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.\nStrong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company procedures.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental and Vision Coverage, including FSA/HAS\nCompany - Paid Life Insurance and Long - Term Disability\n401K\nEmployee Referral Program\nPaid Holidays and PTO\nTraining\nOpportunities for Growth\nAnd more!\n10+ years as the North American leader in oilfield equipment innovation and manufacturing, with 3 facilities across the U.S. and Canada, is not only a testament to our customers, but a commitment to the team of people who work here every day.
