# Quality Control Lead

The Quality Control Technician Lead supports daily quality operations by coordinating inspection activities, providing technical guidance to Quality Control Technicians and inspectors, and ensuring quality standards and procedures are consistently followed. This role performs hands-on inspections, supports documentation and NCR processes, assists with training, and serves as a point of escalation for quality issues while working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure products meet customer and company requirements.
