# Quality Control Technician

The Quality Control Technician performs incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials, fabricated components, assemblies, and finished products. The position verifies conformance to approved engineering drawings, specifications, inspection plans, and company and customer requirements; records objective inspection results; identifies and controls suspected nonconforming product; and promptly communicates findings to the Quality Control Lead or Quality Manager. This is a hands-on technical inspection role without personnel supervision or independent authority to approve engineering deviations or nonconforming material dispositions. Roles & Responsibilities Perform assigned inspections in accordance with established priorities, inspection plans, and work instructions. Confirm part identification, stock code, revision, quantity, and applicable inspection requirements before inspecting. Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate inspection status and delays to the Quality Control Lead or Quality Manager.
