Manage month-end closing processes and ensure timely completion of all related tasks\nPrepare and submit monthly financial statements in OneStream, ensuring compliance with IFRS and alignment with Group accounting standards.\nManage specific corporate transactions and technical accounting matters, including company mergers, liquidations, tax optimization projects, equity operations, and the establishment of permanent establishments or subsidiaries.\nMonitor, reconcile, and report intercompany transactions, performing monthly validations and resolving discrepancies\nEnsure the accurate preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory reports, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and other local tax obligations (e.g., IES, Modelo 22, PAYE, RCT), in compliance with local regulations\nAct as the key point of contact for monitoring local tax developments and ensuring compliance with new regulatory requirements\nPrepare annual financial statements for all legal entities within the assigned scope, in accordance with both local GAAP and Group standards\nMaintain local Chart of Accounts (CoA) structures across the assigned countries and ensure proper mapping to the Group CoA\nPrepare and post closing journal entries, including IFRS adjustments, and compile audit documentation for external auditors.\nDrive continuous improvements in accounting systems and processes, working alongside Finance teams in other regions.\nEnsure Transfer Pricing documentation is maintained and updated in accordance with local and Group requirements.\nSupport process improvements across key finance areas, including Accounts Payable, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Foreign Exchange, and other operational processes.\nPartner with business teams to strengthen internal controls, perform risk tax assessments, and review key risk areas.\nEnsure corporate governance records are maintained, including minutes of Annual General Meetings covering the approval of financial statements, auditor appointments, and other corporate decisions.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES\nMaster’s degree in Accounting (PT Certified Accountant);\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Consolidation roles.\nStrong knowledge of corporate taxation and tax compliance.\nFluency in English (mandatory);\nSolid experience with OneStream or other financial consolidation tools.\nStrong knowledge of IFRS, particularly in the areas of Fixed Assets, Foreign Exchange, Investments, Equity, and Financing.\nExperience working in a multinational and multi-country environment.\nStrong affinity for technology, process automation, and digital transformation.\nKEY SKILLS\nStrong sense of responsibility and accountability.\nAbility to work autonomously and proactively.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong leadership and team collaboration skills.\nEffective prioritization and workload management.\nAbility to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.\nComfortable operating in a complex, multi-company environment.\nIf this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you!
