Bring your energy-let’s power a sustainable future together!\nYOUR MISSIONS\nReporting to the Country Manager and managing the Development Project team based in Tashkent, the main responsibilities of the Development Project Manager are:\nComplete screening, scoping and pre-application activities for new projects;\nPrepare project budgets and development plans in cooperation with internal teams;\nManage day-to-day project activities and coordinate contacts with subcontractors and relevant public authorities;\nImplement Project Development Guidelines and principles, and analyze, map and deploy detailed project development roadmaps;\nDeliver projects on time, within budget and within scope;\nManage project managers and monitor ongoing projects;\nAssess project technical feasibility and propose measures to reduce risks, timelines and implementation costs;\nEnsure resource availability, timely allocation and alignment with planning and budget;\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks;\nManage and report all changes in project scope, schedule and costs on time;\nReport and escalate issues to Management and the Steering Committee as needed;\nManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders;\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation;\nPrepare presentations and reports for different committees as needed;\nMaintain and promote the company’s values, strengths and reputation across business lines and markets of responsibility;\nEngage strategically with policy stakeholders and lobby in support of Voltalia’s interests;\nManage the Development team in Uzbekistan.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES\nEngineering degree or equivalent.\nMaster’s degree in a technical field and/or business.\nExcellent knowledge of the electrical sector, regulation and regulatory environment.\nStrong knowledge and relevant experience in the renewable energy field.\nProven track record in leading development teams for renewable energy projects.\nStrong relevant experience in team management.\nFluent in English and Russian.\nComputer proficiency.\nDriving License.\nKEY SKILLS\nEthical with drive to succeed.\nPositive attitude.\nLeadership capacity, team player, presentable & confident.\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.\nExcellent networking, persuasion, negotiation and deal closing skills.\nAutonomy, creativity and initiative.\nOpen minded, Willing to receive and accept feedback, as well as giving constructive criticism to peers.\nIf this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you!
