The role includes maintenance optimization, fault support, and governance of HV safety rules and procedures (PTW, LOTO, switching), ensuring safe and reliable operations across our portfolio.\nHV O&M Business Development\nDevelop and structure HV substation O&M activities;\nDefine and optimize maintenance plans;\nReview and critically assess third-party maintenance reports;\nIdentify performance improvements and technical solutions.\nHV Technical Support (PV Sites)\nProvide HV technical support across PV plants;\nSupport fault diagnosis and troubleshooting;\nValidate maintenance activities on HV equipment;\nPerform site inspections and technical assessments.\nHV Engineering Authority\nDevelop, implement and govern Electrical Safety Rules and SAP/AP framework;\nDefine and continuously improve HV procedures (PTW, LOTO, HV switching);\nAssess, validate and authorize SAP/AP competencies;\nAct as SAP or support SAP duties for HV operations;\nEnsure compliance and full traceability of HV activities.\nPlease note that this list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and additional duties will be assigned as needed by the company.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES\nThe ideal candidate will be/have:\nEngineering Degree (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Computer Science or Data Science); Master’s degree is a plus;\nRegistered or eligible for registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros (preferred);\nMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with focus on HV systems;\nExperience with maintenance management processes (preferred);\nKnowledge of utility-scale PV plant design (preferred);\nProficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems;\nAvailability to travel worldwide, short-term mobility required;\nValid driving licence;\nEnglish proficiency (mandatory).\nKEY SKILLS\nCustomer-oriented with a strong focus on service quality;\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset;\nStrong sense of responsibility and ownership;\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy;\nStrong organizational and structuring skills;\nAbility to define processes, methodologies and workflows;\nAbility to assign responsibilities and coordinate teams effectively;\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills;\nCoordination and supervisory capabilities.\nIf this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you!
