Bring your energy-let’s power a sustainable future together!\nRenvolt is a subsidiary of Voltalia Group.\nFind out more about Renvolt at renvolt.energy\nYOUR MISSIONS\nRenvolt is seeking an HSE Technician to join our team and support our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities across Portugal.\nThe main responsibilities include:\nHSE Management System & Compliance\nSupport the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System and HSE processes.\nSupport the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and associated management requirements.\nMonitor compliance with HSE procedures, regulations, standards, and company requirements.\nMaintain awareness of applicable HSE legislation, industry standards, and best practices.\nHSE Monitoring, Audits & Reporting\nSupport HSE audits, inspections, and assessments across operational activities and facilities.\nMonitor HSE performance indicators and prepare statistical reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.\nCompile, maintain, and control HSE records, certifications, permits, inspection reports, and related documentation.\nProvide HSE performance information and reporting to management as required.\nHSE Training & Safety Culture\nPrepare and deliver HSE training, awareness sessions, and safety communication initiatives.\nSupport the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of HSE campaigns and awareness programs.\nPromote employee engagement and participation in HSE initiatives and continuous improvement activities.\nOperational HSE Support\nSupport the development and maintenance of HSE procedures, instructions, documentation, and emergency response arrangements.\nManage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and HSE monitoring and measuring equipment.\nSupport HSE activities related to contractors and subcontractors operating on O&M sites.\nParticipate in site visits, inspections, and assessments to support safe operational practices.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve HSE processes, controls, and operational practices.\nSupport corrective and preventive action follow-up resulting from audits, inspections, incidents, or observations.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of HSE performance, awareness, and compliance culture.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES\nTraining & Technical Skills\nEducation & Experience Languages\nBachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Management, or a related field.\nPostgraduate qualification in Occupational Health & Safety and/or Environmental Management is an asset.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in HSE, Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, or related functions.\nExperience supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.\nExperience supporting audits, inspections, compliance monitoring, and HSE reporting activities.\nExperience within industrial, infrastructure, energy, renewable energy, or O&M environments is desirable.\nPortuguese: Fluent (mandatory); English: Intermediate level.\nFrench or Spanish: Appreciated.\nKEY SKILLS\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nPlanning and organizational abilities.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nCustomer and service-oriented mindset.\nAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAccountability and sense of responsibility.\nResilience and adaptability.\nProactive and continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.\nIf this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you!
