Bring your energy-let’s power a sustainable future together!\nRenvolt is a subsidiary of Voltalia Group.\nFind out more about Renvolt at renvolt.energy\nYOUR MISSIONS\nRenvolt is looking for an HSE Technician, based in Valladolid or in Madrid, that will have the following responsibilities:\nConduct HSE inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements and industry best practices.\nSupport incident reporting, investigations and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nProvide daily HSE guidance to O&M teams, contractors and subcontractors.\nParticipate in risk assessments and ensure effective implementation of control measures.\nVerify compliance with PTW, LOTO, electrical safety and other critical operational safety requirements.\nMonitor PPE, safety equipment and emergency preparedness resources.\nDeliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and safety awareness initiatives.\nMaintain HSE records, reports and performance indicators, supporting continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.\nSupport contractor HSE management, audits and compliance assessments.\nEnsure compliance with environmental requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.\nTravel regularly to operational sites across Spain and provide support to international activities when required.\nCollaborate with site teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant and efficient O&M operations.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES\nQUALIFICATIONS\nThe ideal candidate will be/have:\nHigher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior or Intermediate) in Occupational Risk Prevention, Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role, preferably within the renewable energy, industrial, electrical or maintenance sectors.\nExperience working with contractors and subcontractors in operational environments.\nKnowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation and environmental requirements.\nExperience in renewable energy, industrial maintenance, electrical works or similar operational environments will be considered an advantage.\nAdditional training in Occupational Risk Prevention, Electrical Safety, First Aid, Fire Safety or Working at Height is desirable.\nExperience working within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems is considered an advantage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).\nFluent in Spanish and a good command of English, both written and spoken.\nValid Driving Licence (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly to operational sites across Spain.\nKEY SKILLS\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood organisation, planning and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to identify risks and implement practical solutions.\nProactive, safety-focused and detail-oriented mindset.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAdaptable, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.\nProfessional approach with the ability to influence safe behaviours.\nCommitted to continuous improvement, sustainability and the energy transition.\nIf this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you!
