Bring your energy-let’s power a sustainable future together!\nRenvolt is a subsidiary of Voltalia Group.\nFind out more about Renvolt at renvolt.energy\nYOUR MISSIONS\nRenvolt is Growing - Join Our O&M Team in Ireland!\nRenvolt is expanding its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Site Teams in Ireland to support the long-term performance of the Ballymoneen 139MW Solar Power Plant.\nTeam members must be based close to site, ideally in or around the Galway area, to ensure rapid response capability and effective site support.\nReporting to the O&M Site Manager, the O&M Technician has the following responsibilities:\nProvide fast on-site and remote troubleshooting, recommend and implement fault recovery solutions for production re-establishment;\nCarry out on-site specialized technical maintenance activities;\nParticipate in Integrated Commissioning & Start-up activities;\nCarry out on-site technical assessments;\nProvide technical reports and evidence to support claiming processes;\nProvide training and technical workshops to spread and consolidate maintenance competences and skills;\nParticipate in the development of maintenance management processes and systems;\nProduce technical documentation to support the maintenance activity;\nRecommend/ study more effective and efficient maintenance practices and tools;\nDisseminate good practices and standards;\nContribute to the development of reliability studies and failures analysis;\nParticipate in monitoring and auditing implemented processes, procedures and activities.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES\nThe ideal candidate will be/have:\nElectrical qualification;\nExperience in commissioning and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants (preferred);\nExperience in electronics and automation fault detection techniques and troubleshooting;\nMaintenance Management - Standards and Continues Improvement Process;\nExperience in SCADA and remote-control systems;\nExperience in data acquisition and communications systems (preferred);\nAdvanced knowledge of MS Office and reporting software;\nAdvanced English reading/writing/speaking (mandatory);\nBe able to do physical site work;\nMust have a valid Irish driver license.\nKEY SKILLS\nInitiative, proactivity, autonomy, sense of responsibility;\nAbility to motivate and persuade;\nAbility to manage stress and handle deliveries under pressure;\nAbility to create, defend solutions and implement them;\nOrganization and method;\nPractical sense and pragmatism;\nCritical spirit.\nIf this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you!
