Bring your energy-let’s power a sustainable future together!\nYOUR MISSIONS\nWithin the Treasury team in the Finance department, and reporting to the Treasury Coordinator, the Treasury Analyst will have the following main responsibilities:\nFinancial Reporting and Compliance:\nDevelop, prepare and maintain treasury reports such as cash flow forecasts, borrowing base reports, and liquidity analysis in local or foreign currency.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.\nAssist in audits related to treasury operations.\nOverseeing banking permissions.\nAssist on treasury automation processes, creating and maintaining financial management systems and processes.\nConducting monthly and annual closing processes.\nCash Management\nMonitor daily cash flow and ensure proper cash positioning.\nForecast short-term and long-term cash needs and coordinate with relevant departments for funding requirements.\nPreparing information for outgoing cash requirements - cash call\nEnsuring balance sheets are complete and assessing missing data, overseeing journal entries.\nBank Operations\nMaintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.\nAdminister bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and resolving banking issues.\nAssist in negotiating banking fees and services to optimize cost efficiency.\nExecute wire transfers.\nConducting Trade Key Control Checks.\nLiquidity and Risk Management\nAssist in developing liquidity risk management strategies.\nMonitor company debt and ensure compliance with loan covenants.\nProvide support in managing hedging programs for foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity risks.\nAssessing new banking products and services.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES\nCash management and/or Corporate Treasury experience.\nTreasury operations and cash flows management.\nExperience with FX and interest rate risk management tools.\nKnowledge of financial systems and software.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.\n2-4 years of experience in a treasury, finance, or accounting role.\nKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.\nKEY SKILLS\nGood problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to communicate effectively.\nAttention to detail.\nAdaptability.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.\nIf this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you!
