Customer Success, Implementation or Solutions)\nHands-on API experience: you've debugged customer integrations and can explain APIs and data flows to developers and business stakeholders\nYou've run customer onboarding or implementations yourself, from kickoff to go-live\nYou've owned a portfolio of customer accounts as their main point of contact\nYou've handled renewals or expansions in a previous role\nYou've built or improved a trial, onboarding or support process in a previous role\nExperience using Slack and a CRM such as HubSpot\nNice to have:\nExperience at an early-stage or high-growth startup\nBackground in mobility, EVs, energy or another data-heavy industry\nSome exposure to supporting trials, proofs of concept or technical evaluations\nExperience working alongside Sales and Product
