The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java and Spring Boot.\n\n- Develop scalable and resilient microservices-based applications.\n\n- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.\n\n- Develop Kafka producers and consumers and manage topics, partitions, offsets, and consumer groups.\n\n- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.\n\n- Work on application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.\n\n- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and exception management.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.\n\n- Analyze technical requirements and provide effective solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues in development and production environments.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java / Java 8+.\n\n- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.\n\n- Good understanding of Kafka Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions, Consumer Groups, and Offsets.\n\n- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture.\n\n- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.\n\n- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\n\n- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.\n\n- Good understanding of application security, performance, and scalability.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Experience with messaging technologies apart from Kafka.\n\n- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.\n\n- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Exposure to monitoring tools and application performance management.\n\nCandidate Profile : \n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Good communication and collaboration abilities.\n\n- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.\n\n- Experience handling enterprise-scale applications and production
