As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a CVM Junior Analyst for ourEnergy Sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives across the customer lifecycle
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Assist in the implementation and evaluation of A/B tests across customer communication channels
• Monitor key customer KPIs such as retention, engagement, churn and customer lifetime value
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making
• Support segmentation activities and customer targeting for commercial and retention campaigns
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Care to support customer-centric initiatives
• Translate data findings into clear and actionable business recommendations

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, CRM/CVM or related roles. Recent graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
• Strong interest in customer analytics, CRM and data-driven decision making
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI or other analytics tools will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in the Energy, Telecommunications or Services sector is a strong plus
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Good communication and presentation skills
