We are a remote and virtual company, distributed across US, Canada, and abroad.\nDuties\nCollaborate cross-functionally with key business leaders to provide financial insights, develop and track key financial performance indicators (KPIs), and drive data-informed decision-making.\nAct as the primary liaison between the finance and accounting departments and business units, translating financial data into actionable business strategies.\nAdvise, educate, and influence stakeholders by providing financial expertise and strategic recommendations, fostering a finance-driven decision-making culture.\nAnalyze and communicate key financial metrics-including revenue, gross profit, and volume-using financial models, data visualizations, and written reports.\nLead the planning and execution of revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS) forecasts, including annual and long-range business planning processes.\nOversee the development and implementation of structured quarterly financial forecast updates, partnering with businessleaders to ensure alignment with the overall financial strategy.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic growth initiatives.\nInterpret financial data to assess business investment opportunities, providing insights to guide resource allocation and operational decision-making.\nIdentify financial trends and integrate data-driven insights into future financial planning and forecasting processes to enhance business performance.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign degree equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), account relationship management, or business development.\nRequired Skills:\nAt least 5 years of experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar); At least 5 years of experience applying quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis; At least 5 years of experience identifying and solving complex financial problems using data-driven insights; At least 5 years of experience translating financial data into actionable recommendations; At least 5 years of experience with stakeholder engagement.\nAlternatively, will also accept: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign degree equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), account relationship management, or business development.\nRequired Skills:\nAt least 3 years of experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar);
