In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions by working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in transforming business challenges into actionable product requirements, supporting product development through data-driven analysis, and contributing to the continuous evolution of our software solutions within the energy technology sector.\nWhat you will do to make a difference\nAnalyze business requirements, operational processes, system behavior, and data flows to identify product and process improvement opportunities.\n\nGather and evaluate customer needs and translate them into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical analysis documents.\n\nWork closely with Product, Development, QA, and other stakeholders throughout analysis, development, testing, and release processes.\n\nAnalyze data using SQL and available monitoring tools to investigate issues, validate system behavior, and support business decisions.\n\nAnalyze APIs, integrations, and system-to-system data flows using tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.\n\nInvestigate production issues by reviewing application behavior, logs, database records, API responses, and integration flows.\n\nIdentify functional gaps, edge cases, dependencies, and potential risks during requirement and solution analysis.\n\nTrack customer usage, system performance, and operational feedback to identify current and future product needs.\n\nTransform customer feedback, operational findings, and market insights into actionable product development requirements.\n\nSupport testing and validation activities to ensure that delivered solutions meet defined business and functional requirements.\n\nWhat you need to succeed\nBachelor's degree from related engineering departments of universities\n\nAt least 4 years or more experience in Software Analysis\n\nExperienced in requirements gathering, writing use case diagrams\n\nExperienced in modeling and analysis of business processes\n\nGood knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, general knowledge of any software language (Javascript, C# and Python preferably)\n\nKnowledge of Project Management Principles (Agile / Scrum etc.)\n\nWilling to learn new and different products and technologies, open to development and able to adapt easily to different products and technologies\n\nHigh written and verbal communication skills and experience in documentation\n\nEffective communication skills and good command on English\n\nWhat we offer\nMeaningful work with a clear connection to the energy transition - you will see how your contribution makes a difference.\n\nFlexible working arrangements and a culture built on trust and autonomy.\n\nCompetitive compensation that reflects your experience and the market\n\nAn international and collaborative environment, with colleagues across 40+ countries.\n\nReal influence over how your role develops - we welcome people who want to grow with us.\n\nOur Culture\nAt Volue, we believe that in order to be a successful company, we need to bring everyone to the table.
