You will be the link between our customers and our development team, helping energy companies get the most out of their time series data, whether they run on-premises or in the cloud.\nThe role\nYou will be the trusted technical contact for our customers on integration and design questions, and you will take projects from first requirements through to go-live. You are structured, solution-oriented and confident in front of customers, and you enjoy turning customer needs into clear specifications that development can act on.\nYour responsibilities\nAct as the point of contact for key customers on integration and design questions\n\nWrite requirements documents and functional specifications\n\nServe as the central link between our on-premises and SaaS customers and our development team\n\nDeliver update projects\n\nManage customer projects for new and existing customers:\nRequirements analysis and specification\n\nProject management\n\nQuality assurance and acceptance of developments\n\nInstallation on customer systems\n\nProvide 1st and 2nd level support for Volue Timeseries Hub\n\nYour profile\nDegree in computer science, business informatics, energy engineering or an equivalent qualification\n\nSeveral years of experience in IT consulting, application support or customer projects, ideally in the energy sector\n\nExperience in project management\n\nSkills in databases (SQL), interfaces (REST, file formats) and SaaS environments are a plus\n\nA structured, solution-oriented way of working and confidence with customers\n\nFluent German and English\n\nWhy Volue\nWe sit at the center of the energy transition.
