Technical knowledge is important, but the willingness to bring about significant changes and to learn will be essential.\nHow You Can Make a Difference\nWe are looking for someone who can contribute to driving change within our the Local IT Delivery Quality & Enablement Management. Your interaction will primarily be with the IT Ops stable team. Additionally, you will participate in the development of processes/tools (SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, ServiceNow, PowerApps…) that help optimize our activities through digital solutions. Finally, we also rely on your creativity and knowledge to help solve quality issues and monitor our indicators.\nWho Are You?\nTo succeed in this position, it is important to have good interpersonal communication, proactivity, an analytical profile, agile mindset, and logical reasoning.\nAnd since we are part of an international group, it is expected that you can communicate with different teams in various countries such as India, Sweden, Brazil, Poland, the United States, China, Belgium and France and for that, we need you. You have a B2 level in English and you should be studying fields such as information technology, engineering, or similar.\nWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Local IT Delivery Quality & Enablement Management Apprentice to join our IT Operations team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various IT functions, including communication, IT support, and project management (using Agile practices). The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and possess excellent problem-solving skills.\nKey Activities\nProvide assistance and support to Local IT teams who have questions or need help with specific issues.\nDrive workshops and training sessions: conducting training sessions to educate Local IT teams on processes, tools and best practices.\nEnsure that documentation is available: creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, SOP.\nRegister all requests in our backlog coming from Local IT teams and follow them during the whole lifecycle.\nDrive operational meetings according to feedback/recommandations coming from DPO.\nEnsure cross-functional collaboration: facilitating collaboration between local IT teams and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.\nEngage and facilitate Yammer communities by posting content (share updates, articles, insights and resources that are valuate to the community)\nShare useful information, such as how-to guides, tutorials and best practices that can help community members in their roles.\nCreate training connected to Digital solution managed within the team.\nSupporting the adoption of Lean and Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.\nWe value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.\nWho we are and what we believe in\nWe are committed to shaping the future landscape of efficient, safe, and sustainable transport solutions.
