Apply structured deep-dive methodologies to ensure the right QDCF-TSR performance from existing suppliers.\nManage and align with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Engineering throughout the sourcing, project, and operational phases.\nLead purchasing activities in collaboration with key stakeholders, particularly those related to supplier involvement in development projects.\nExecute portfolio-related activities, including negotiations, project implementation, crisis and risk management, and total cost optimization.\nLead cost-reduction initiatives, including Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) and logistics optimization, in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve commercial targets and forecast cost developments.\nDeliver defined KPIs within agreed timelines and in line with established targets, including revenue, uptime, and project objectives.\nChallenge and negotiate changes arising after contract signature, ensure accurate reporting of changes, and maintain alignment with project targets.\nEnsure supplier readiness for production, including adequate capacity planning and completion of all required system updates.\nMonitor, identify, and mitigate risks in collaboration with suppliers and Supplier Network teams for parts under development.
